Nick Calato

Nick is Director of Data Analytics at Counsel Financial. He is responsible for ensuring the company's systems and databases are designed in a way to efficiently and accurately support loan servicing functions, while concurrently making the data accessible to team members for analysis. Nick designed and developed the proprietary loan servicing software that is at the core of the company’s operations.

Following Nick’s service in the United States Navy, he obtained a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from The State University of New York at Buffalo. Prior to joining Counsel Financial, he worked as the Manager of Medical Economics for BlueCross BlueShield of WNY where he developed statistical models to analyze healthcare trends.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys time with his family as well as music, art, cooking and being a general handyman.
