Steve Mingle

Steve is Managing Director at Counsel Financial. As the head of business development, Mr. Mingle identifies and facilitates new growth opportunities, manages key client relationships, assists prospects through the sales cycle, assesses and responds to evolving market conditions, and cultivates brand recognition. Over the course of his career at the Company, Mr. Mingle has been directly involved in helping plaintiffs’ firms across the nation obtain over $500 million in financing. Mr. Mingle is actively involved in driving new leads to the Company—responding to web and phone inquiries, attending client-centric events, and speaking regularly at industry seminars, including those hosted by two of the country’s preeminent national trial lawyer associations—the American Association for Justice and The National Trial Lawyers.

Steve attended the University at Buffalo for Digital Media. He lives in Buffalo, NY with his wife, three children and their dogs. In the summer months, they enjoy spending time traveling and camping.

If he is not traveling the country on business, he is traveling to see music. Steve is a huge Bruce Springsteen fan. He enjoys weightlifting and fitness; he starts every day with a large iced coffee—black—and a workout.
