Felice Callahan, Esq.

Felice Callahan has been Special Counsel to the Board since its inception. In her role as Special Counsel, Felice advises on aspects of the company—including marketing, sales, underwriting and auditing.

She is a former Assistant District Attorney for Essex County, New Jersey and has more than 20+ years of litigation experience in various practice areas, including commercial and business law, pharmaceutical, securities, anti-trust, environmental, product liability, consumer and trademark litigation. Additionally, she represented numerous private and public companies in connection with the raising of capital for their operations.

She received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School cum laude in 1979 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo magna cum laude in 1975. Felice is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.

Outside of the workplace, Felice enjoys spending time outdoors and swimming with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews and dog, Marley. She holds the Mikey’s Way Foundation close to her heart and assists in planning one of the Foundation’s largest annual fundraisers.
