Erin is Senior Counsel at Counsel Financial. She handles commercial transactions, litigation-related matters, post-settlement loans, the drafting of loan documents, underwriting and due diligence. She also conducts research and provides legal advice to the executives, assists the legal auditors in evaluating collateral and manages the company's intellectual property.

Erin graduated summa cum laude from Daemen College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a specialization in Human Resources Management and a minor in both Mathematics and International Business. She went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration from Niagara University and her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in New York.

Prior to working at Counsel Financial, Erin worked for Univera Healthcare, where she developed the Medicare Department's methods for internal auditing and statistical reporting and analysis. She also worked as an intern for the Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Bureau and while in law school, worked as a law clerk for the City of Buffalo and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Outside of the workplace, Erin volunteers for the Mikey's Way Foundation. She lives in Buffalo, NY, but has a passion for traveling the world.
