Kim Zimmermann

Kim is the Vice President of Marketing at Counsel Financial, where she oversees the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives, manages the company’s affinity relationships with numerous trial lawyer associations across the country and works closely with the executive team to keep close watch on the competitive landscape.

Kim holds a Masters of Business Administration from Canisius College and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Management, graduating magna cum laude. During her undergraduate studies, she was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honors society and the Sigma Alpha Pi National Society for Leadership and Success.

Prior to working at Counsel Financial, Kim worked at a leading supplier to the foodservice industry in a product marketing role, focusing on product rationalization and sales analysis. She also previously worked in purchasing and quality assurance for a locally-owned manufacturer of air-separation equipment.

Outside of the workplace, Kim enjoys playing ice hockey, is classically trained in piano and loves to travel to Florida.
